We can answer a wide range of questions. If we don’t have the answer, or if you need support from a specialist team, we’ll put you in touch with the right people.

Each Student Information Point is staffed by friendly advisors, and student ambassadors when we are busy.

You can chat to us about any aspect of University life, at the information point or in private. Our team will listen to your situation and give you information, advice and tips on what to do next.
